One publication I’ve long wanted to share is the poetry collection by Boris Paskov. The complete visual design of the book was created by my close friend and former classmate Mariya Valkova — a project developed with exceptional attention to the rhythm of the text, the pauses, and the visual breathing of the pages.

For me, it is a true joy and honor that the Kardinal typeface is used as the main text typeface in this edition. In the context of poetry, it works quietly and consistently — without imposing itself, yet with a clear presence that supports reading and allows the words to remain in the foreground.

This is a book I return to not only as a designer, but also as a reader — an edition that brings pleasure to hold, to browse through, and to experience slowly.

The poetry collection can be found at Avrtikl Bookshop — a place from which you will almost certainly leave with at least one more unexpected find.
